PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

ASEKOL a.s., with its registered office at Prague 4, Československého exilu 2062/8, Postcode 14300, Comp. Reg. No.: 27373231 (hereinafter referred to as the “Controller”), hereby informs you in accordance with Act 101/2000 Coll., on the protection of personal data and on amendment to some acts, as amended, (hereinafter referred to as the “Act”), and in consideration of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (General Data Protection Regulation), which becomes effective on 25 May 2018 (hereinafter referred to as “GDPR”), that the Controller will process your personal data for the following purposes:

  1. Performance of Contract   
    To ensure the performance of contract, the Controller will process your personal data in the following scope: name, surname, email, telephone, company’s name and registered office, correspondence address, Comp. Reg. No., VAT No., bank details. The Controller will process the personal data manually and automatically in electronic form, and possibly will save them into its information system. Some activities, such as invoicing, recovery of claims, or information system administration, are carried out for the Controller by third parties1 which some data need to be disclosed to. The personal data will be otherwise processed for the duration of the contractual relationship and for or the whole contract period from the termination thereof for archiving purposes. The personal data will only be available to authorized employees of the Controller and processors. Please note that the provision of the personal data as stated above for the determined purpose is mandatory and necessary for the performance of contract. Should you refuse to provide your personal data, the contract cannot be entered into. 
  2. Marketing Purposes
    On the basis of given consent, the Controller will process personal data through its processor2 ensuring marketing services for the Controller3 and sending business messages. The following personal data will be processed for marketing purposes: Name, surname, telephone and e-mail.
    Under Section 7 par. 3 of Act No. 480/2004 Coll., on certain information society services, as amended, the Controller is entitled to use the electronic address for the purpose of distributing business messages regarding its own products or services that are similar to the ones which have already been provided to you. In such cases it applies that such activities may be carried out till the customer expresses disapproval.
    The provisions of the above personal data for the purpose of marketing is voluntary. The personal data will be processed by the Controller manually and automatically in electronic form for a maximum period of contract duration, except sending business messages, where the data may be processed till expressing your disapproval. Your consent to processing or personal data may be withdraw at any time, whether in whole or in part, by a letter delivered to the Controller’s registered office or e-mail: [email protected].

Instruction

The Controller hereby informs you that you have a right to access to your personal data, and right to portability of your personal data. If you establish or think that the Controller processes personal data in violation of the protection of your private and personal life or the Act/GDPR, predominantly if your personal data are inaccurate with respect to the purpose of processing, you may ask the Controller for explanation, or demand rectification of the situation. In particular, you may ask for correction, addition or erasure of personal data, or restriction of processing. The Controller hereby also informs you that you have a right to make a complaint to the Office for Personal Data Protection if you think that the relevant legal regulations regarding personal data protection are violated by processing of your personal data.
