The ASEKOL a.s. compliance scheme has been authorised by a Ministry of the Environment decision to ensure the fulfilment of the obligations of solar panel manufacturers and thus the registration of Group 4b Solar Panels in the List of Electrical Equipment Manufacturers within the meaning of Section 37i of the Waste Act has been extended. Extension of registration to include authorisation to ensure the fulfilment of obligations on behalf of solar panel manufacturers applies exclusively to solar panels marketed after 1 January 2013, in accordance with Section 37p (1) of the Waste Act. The ASEKOL a.s. compliance scheme is thus newly entitled to provide a complete portfolio of services and comprehensive service work in the field of take-back to all EEE manufacturers, and thus also to manufacturers of solar panels (i.e. solar panels manufactured after 1 January 2013).
You have the opportunity to comply with the legal obligations related to solar panels through our compliance scheme. If you would like to use the option to report your solar panels through our compliance scheme or have any questions about this, please contact our client department. [email protected]
