ASEKOL AND OPRAVÁRNA TRANSITIONING TOGETHER FROM A WEBSITE TO A BRICK-AND-MORTAR SHOP

18. 3. 2021

ASEKOL has cooperated with Opravárna since its establishment. Support for re-use and reparability together with recycling is an important pillar for creating and maintaining a circular economy. We were there when a great idea became a successful project and now Opravárna, led by Jan Charvát, is taking things one step further. To increase convenience for customers, and to make services more accessible, the public will soon be welcomed to a brick-and-mortar space! A workshop, tool rental, a place for workshops, co-working space, service, a bazaar, a children’s corner and a café will all be part of it.

But before the doors open on the brick-and-mortar location, it requires furnishings. Opravárna is asking the public for help. You can show your support for the project HitHit by buying a coffee, or by purchasing a repair subscription or a new annual membership, and show your pride in being there at the start of something big. The choice is yours.

We are looking forward to Opravárna opening its doors, where of course an ASEKOL collection container will also be deployed to take all the electrical and electronic appliances and their components that can no longer be repaired. Don’t forget that end-of-life electrical and electronic equipment should be disposed of at collection points or in red containers.
