ASEKOL award

25. 4. 2015

The ASEKOL compliance scheme award is given to the municipality achieving the highest rate of take-back of worn-out and obsolete electronics, such as IT and telecommunications equipment, toys, medical devices, monitoring and control instruments, and consumer equipment, including televisions and computer monitors.

This category also featured the usual names. Among municipalities with more than 5,000 inhabitants, Česká Skalice repeated last year’s victory and Sobotka won among municipalities with up to 5,000 inhabitants, just as it did last year. There was a new winner – Horní Maršov – in the smallest category of municipalities with up 2,000 inhabitants.
