The 15th annual ceremony of the Annual Awards of the National Council of People with Disabilities in the Czech Republic took place on 22 March. 2018 in TOP Hotel in Prague. Patro became Livia Klaus. ASEKOL's collective system has been a partner since 2015.

The purpose of the MOSTY prize is to appreciate an act, project or personality that significantly improves the status of people with disabilities in the Czech Republic. The festive gala evening was moderated by Aleš Cibulka, performed by Hanka Křížková, Láďa Kerndl and Zbůh HAZBAND Music Studio.
