The Karlovy Vary Region at Sokolov Chateau announced at the beginning of June the results of the competition of municipalities in the collection of a small electric power called EZ - Liga for 2017. All municipalities that had concluded a contract with the non-profit-making company ASEKOL were included in the competition. Two categories were rated; municipalities with up to 2 500 inhabitants and municipalities with more than 2 500 inhabitants.

The project Recycling Games or Let´s Clean Up the World for more than ten years, supports environmental education at nursery, elementary and secondary schools. With the support of the State Environmental Fund of the Czech Republic, there are a number of different activities focused mainly on the education of pupils and students; the development of knowledge through teaching, practical exercises, excursions, but also the motivation to actively collect small electrical equipment. Recycling Games Project, or Let's Clear Up the World, however, also appreciates the teachers, as personal motivation and active attitude to environmental issues are of utmost importance to educators. ASEKOL is proud to be a founder of this project.

The best cities and municipalities in the Zlín Region received prizes and financial rewards during the twelfth year of the traditional competition in waste sorting O keramickou popelnici. Certificates and checks were handed over to the winners in the categories of retired electrical equipment, with the participation of councilors for the environment and agriculture of the Zlín Region, Mrs Margita Balaštíková (ANO) and representatives of ASEKOL Michal Mazal, Operations Director, and Daniel Hladilín, Regional Manager for the Zlín Region.

The Pardubice Region, together with the ASEKOL Collective System, has launched a competition for the collection of remanufactured electrical equipment. The price of the Pardubice Region and the ASEKOL Collective System is awarded for the highest yield achieved by the collection of small electrical appliances, such as small household appliances, consumer electronics, medical devices and toys.

1st June, on the Ještěd tower, won the best collectors from the Liberec region. The first place and the reward check were carried out in three categories according to the population of Nový Bor, Stráž pod Ralskem and Josefův důl.

The Hradec Králové Region together with the ASEKOL a.s. announced as part of the Clean village, Clean City, Clean Region Special Category for the collection of WEEE.

The City of Prague 9, the Department of the Environment and Transport has prepared the 12th edition of the ecologically-educational event called MIKROKLIMA 2018. The term "microclimate" means the environment in which we live immediately, what directly affects us and influences the quality of our lives. This project is based on the whole project, which creates a counterbalance and complements the classical teaching of school children and youth.

On Thursday May 31, 2018 in the Red Castle in Hradec nad Moravicí, ASEKOL appreciated the towns that sorted the most in electrical equipment in the CompetitionO keramické sluchátko. The pleasant morning was accompanied by Daniela Písařovicová.

Rehabilitation clinic Malvazinky organized for its clients and visitors an exhibition of photographs of handicapped athletes. Thanks to its long-term cooperation with the National Council of People with Disabilities, ASEKOL actively participates in this exhibition as well as in the project "Sports with Disabilities".
